CMOS Output resistance

Hi Everyone,

I am wondering if anyone knows how to find the output resistance of a MOS transistor using spectre DC analysis?

Thanks.  I guess in Bsim3 model, the output resistance or lamda is not a parameter that can be seen obiviously.
