I have not used HSpiceRF, however it is my understanding that HSpiceRF is a harmonic balance based simulator. Harmonic balance is not well suited for SC filters because it works in the frequency domain. SpectreRF uses a time-domain approach and so should be considerably faster and more accurate. If you have to use HSpiceRF, you will have to use a very large number of harmonics.
