HOW TO TEST CHIP IN HIGH AND LOW TEMPERATURE?

Hi,

I wanna know how to test chip in high and low temperature. I am doing measurement in lab.

Hi Yawei,

In principle, you need a temperature chamber if you want uniform control over the testing. There are several. We have one from Siemens.

But if you want to do it quick and dirty, then you can use a hair-dryer to get
the high-temperature end, while for low-temperature, there are these cans of coolant (aerosol-like). Unfortunately, I don't know what these are called. Perhaps someone can suggest.
