How to improve IM2 without diffierential circuit ?

Hi,
For CMOS circuit, i want to know, besides diffierential structure, is there any other good method to make good IM2?
I've try my best to make the IM3 as good as the specification, but i can do nothing to get good IM2.
Would u be kind to give me some good opinion or advices?

Greetings,

  Have you looked at the output waveform? In general,
IM2 is related to asymmetric clipping or compression. For
example, if you increase the supply voltage does the IM2
get better?
