I am using the Assura RCX to extrac the parasitic RC and it looks normal for R and C. But the extracted as and ad of PMOS is showned as before
as=1320000p ad=1320000p

as a result, this transistor is extremely slow compared with its schematic,which has the order of a few 'p'

The Nmos is okay.
