Hello:

I want to compute the sensitivity of an LNA's performance specifications to some parasitics extracted from the layout.  Examples of the some of the performance specs are noise figure, gain(s21), IIP3 etc.  Parasitics under consideration are the usual lumped R,L, Cs.  The SpectreRF simulator is being used for designing the circuit.  I wonder if one could use spectreRF in computing these sensitivities.  

Any suggestions will be very helpful,
