About device/circuit simulation
Jul 03rd, 2005, 6:46pm

Hello,

(This is my first post in The Designer's Guide site.)

I'm a student in Seoul National University.
I have been developed a device/circuit HB simulator
(including LS/SS simulation, noise).

Maybe there have been similar attempts,
however, I can't find such papers.  :(
(Of course I know about ADS, SpectreRF, but they are both circuit simulators, not device/circuit simulators.
Also I know about many device/circuit mixed simulators, but they can perfome only transient simulation.)

Could you please refer some helpful papers to me?  :)

Thank you for your reading.

I am not very familiar with device/circuit simulation. I know Troyanovsky did some work on a HB based device simulator. It might have included the circuit as well. I also know that Mayaram has also published on device/circuit simulation.
