If you have a look at the Verilog AMS section on this site, you will find examples of a charge pump. Have a look at the PLL models which contain CPs.

Analogcn,

Do you mean a Charge Pump used in a PLL or do you
mean a Charge Pump for dc-to-dc conversion?

                                                          Best Regards,

                                                              Sheldon

Hello Sheldon,
I wanna model a Charge Pump for DC-DC converter to double voltage. Would you give me an example? Thanks!
