This looks as if it may be the same as PCR:

   PCR: 756235
Title:  Assertion failed in file bsim3v3.c during Pnoise

which was fixed in an IC5141 hotfix (and later), in at least 5.10.41.500.0.9. It doesn't look as if the fix was
backported to IC5033. The assertion failure was not on the exact same line, but the code would have changed
between versions anyway... It may not be exactly the same problem though...

Can you try in a more recent version?

Best Regards,

Andrew.
