RF IC Design Senior Engineer

Description and Responsibilities:
We are looking for a person to design RF (1 - 10GHz) circuits for an integrated transmitter and receiver.  
Circuits include low-noise amplifiers, power amplifiers, mixers, filters, and frequency synthesizers / DLLs / PLLs.
Develop circuit topologies, perform circuit design by computer simulation.  Present and participate in design
reviews.  Some custom layout as well as working with layout engineers.  Participate in system integration and testing.


Requirements:
• M.S in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or a related field is highly desired
• At least 5 years of design experience in transistor-level high-frequency integrated circuit design,
and at least 2 years using CMOS
