I am doing the layout of a simple single ended resistive load amplifier. In the DRC check one of the errors I get is
"Maximum NPLUS diffusion to nearest P+ pick-up spacing is 20um"
I have put abundant substrate contacts near all my components.
How can I overcome the above DRC error.

Can I neglect off grid errors?
