Noise Contribution
Jun 29th, 2006, 11:32pm

Hi all,

I'm working on LNA design using Spectre.
But It looks some simulation problem on NF.
NF result in S parameter analysis is 5-10dB worse than I expected.
So I'd like to know what is the main contributer of Noise in the circuit.
Does anyone knows how to simulate noise contribution in Spectre?

Tekkotsu,

Try the ADE noise summary, Results --> Print(?) --> Noise Summary(?).
It is intended to help designers understand the source of noise in their
circuits.

                                                                   Best Regards,

Hi Sheldon, Smiley

Thank you very much.
I could  get dominant noise contributers from Noise Summary.

Best regards
