package QFN48 and die 2.5*2.5

hi friends,
Who knows which company is able to package a die of 2.5*2.5mm within QFN48 package?

The current selected packge company told me that the bondwires are too long so
that they are difficult to deal with.

And I don't hope to bond the downbonded wires (connected to GND) are long for
their connection to the large gold ring, 1mm length is desirable.

try looking at these websites for info about qfn48:

if i recall correctly you can get qfn48 in 7mmx7mm, so a 2.5x2.5 die should just be ok.... as most bonding houses will dislike bondires of 3mm or more. It all depends on how manage the corner pads.
The paddle (for down bond) is about 5x5 or similar so 1mm ground bondwires should be ok.
