Issues simulation

I'm interesting in compare the time of simulation of several models (MM11, EKV, ACM, BSIM4, etc.) and i'm looking for circuits where the time is fundamental. I was thinking in circuits differentials, oscilator ring.
Anybody know some reference where I can find this circuit (schematics).

You may try some IEEE JSSC papers;
or even text books have the stuff you want
