Doing Design Preparation procedure (Hierarchy Editor->AMS->Design Prep...) I receive in Messages window of Hierarchy Editor about 10 messages like this:

Netlisting LIB_ANLG cell12 schematic.
AMS Netlister is unable to netlist LIB_ANLG cell12 schematic.
Search for 'Error' in the AMS->Logfile Viewer->Netlister Log File  for details.
Netlisting failed for cellview LIB_ANLG.cell12:schematic

Netlist isn't created, so I cannot run simuation.
Following suggestion I checked Netlister Log File. There is absolutely NOTHING that explains the problem.

The cells that are not netlisted (7 cells) represent minor quantity from whole number of cells, that are netlisted. I tried to find the diffrences between "BAD"  and "GOOD" cells. No major differencies - just other cells.

How can I bypass the problem if tool diagnostic is zero?
