Nodeset for internal nodes in spectre
Dec 14th, 2006, 6:11am

HI!
I was trying to set initial guesses for a VerilogA modul in spectre. The manual said

nodeset Voff=0 X3.7=2.5 M1:int_d=3.5 L1:1=1u

where M1 is the name of a transistor and int_d is the internal drain node. However, this did work. Spectre warned me that it couldn't find this node.

Does anyone know how to set node voltages for internal nodes of devices, models or compiled models (cmi)?

Thanks a lot!

Chris

That should work. Are you sure M1 has an internal drain?
