But after running the simulation, i clicked on the output node of the port. But the tool is saying "res/PLUS is not a kept output". What does it mean?? Thank you.

If you want to see a current in Spectre you must first select like an Outputs-->to be saved. After saving it in the form you can run the simulation and you can view the output without further problems.
