large signal s-parameters simulation
Feb 02nd, 2007, 5:26pm

Hi,

Does any body know how to simulate large signal s-parameters of a network and save the data in ".s2p" format using cadence?

Thanks.

Under Tools->RF->Wizards->LSSP in ADE. You need to be using a recent MMSIM version of spectre.

In the installation under <mmsimInstDir>/tools/spectre/examples there is an RF workshop - and within this there is an example of analyzing a PA. One of the examples is to use the LSSP wizard.

Regards,

Andrew.
