I've designed an 8bit dac, and it's been taped out.But I've no experience on dac test especially on dynamic aspects.
I try to use an FPGA to save sine wave data and send it dac for tests on SFDR,SNDR,THD and so on.For high input frequency( over several Mhz), it's ok.But for low input frequency, since the sample rate is very high, the data for a  sine wave would be very large.So dear friend, if you've done some similar test on dac, can you give me some instruction or inspiration?
