How to display device current data?
Apr 10th, 2007, 3:19pm

After doing pss/pnoise analysis, I want to see the plots about device current such as drain current. I have tried much time to find drain current, however I failed. My ocean script looks like as follow:
======================
......
save('all)
analysis('pss ..........)
analysis('pnois.........)
paramAnalysis(.........)
paramRun()
======================
After run the script, I tried several commands such as "selectResult("pss_td")", "getData()","i("M1/D")".... Finally it didn't work.

Could you tell me how to get current data?

Thanks!

I can't remember the specific OCEAN way of doing this, but you'll need to save the device currents - either the specific drain current or all device currents. Try setting this up in ADE and then dumping the OCEAN script to see what happens (Look at the Outputs->Save All form, and Outputs->Save->Select on Schematic).

Andrew.
