Equivalent capacitance by T-structures

Hi All:
        I had a simple question about equivalent capacitance by T-structures. Why the equivalent capacitance CT given by CT = (CT1*CT3)/(CT1+CT2+CT3)? Can you help me ? THX!! Cry Cry

Its the star-delta transform.
try wikipedia: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Star_Delta
or other electronics book for information.
