PADS warnings.. Assura DRC (Read 3189 times)

PADS warnings.. Assura DRC

I get the following warnings when I try to run Assura DRC on my pads in the library.

Warning Inconsistent DBUperUU in the design
Warning 160 is not the same as 1000

I have the same problem in SOME cells and no idea what it is and how to solve it.
Can anybody helps?
