In bjt gummel-poon model, br(reverse beta) parameter seems to be very relative to the storage time of bjt at onset of turn-off in transient simulation. Why is it so? I can't find any equation relative to base charge and "br" in SPICE manuanl. Anyone who knows?
I'm trying to do modeling of the transient response of npn with voltage-pulsed Vbe.
