[help] full-differential op topology selection
Jul 24th, 2007, 6:37pm

Hi I need a full-differential op with the following key features:
1) full-differential
2) total current <60uA at 3.3v(MOS Vth=0.8v)
3) dc gain>60dB and unity-gain bandwidth>160KHz
4) slew rate>0.1v/us
5) input referenced noise<50uVrms in 0~240Hz
Would you please recommend the topology? thanks very much.

Hi trashbox,

because the choice of the amplifier topolgy is often determined by
the required output swing you should also specify that.

Furthermore, you should make clear whether you are referring to
an opamp (low impedance output stage) or an ota (high impedance
output stage) when talking about an op.

Regards
