how to detect the delay

Hi, all,

Does anybody know how to detect the delay from the input to the output of a RF block? Any suggestion would be appreciated. Thank you very much.

Sorry, I should make the problem clear. Does anybody know how to build a circuit to detect the delay from input to the output of a RF block ?
