802.11n synthesizer - looking for SPEC

Hi,
I try to find some reference SPEC of 802.11n synthesizer.
Who knows where can I find specefication of 802.11n synthesizer
Mainly I need to know Bandwidth of the synthesizer.

It's a tradeoff between lock time (Push the loop filter bandwidth wider) and integrated phase noise (Tends to narrow up the loop filter bandwidth). I'd look through the IEEE JSSC to find some papers on 802.11g as a starting point, there have been a bunch published.
