hello

can you recommend any schematic of the bandgap which will consume low current <5uA and will ensure quite good accuracy ?

the technology is CMOS 0.35um

Hi,

Since most bandgap circuits follow the same principle, whether your circuit will only consume only 5μA or not will be
determined by your noise requirements.

Hi,

You may minimze the power consumption of your BGR circuit using the technique introduced in: Tajalli, et al., ISCAS 2004. The power consumption depends on the resistors exist in your technology: high sheet resistance better chance for reducing the power consumption.
