I was using PSS/PAC rapid IP3 to check ip3 of a up-mixer. icfb version is 5.10.41_USR5.90.69, simulator is mmsim6_1_1. I compared results with qpss, and pss 2-tone test. qpss and pss 2-tone results match well. it turned out that im3 term in rapid ip3 simulation is about 60dB higher than it should be. we recently did an upgrade on cadence. Before that, rapid ip3 results are reasonable. I was wondering is that related to the setup. Anyone has similar experience?
