Nyquist Plot
Jan 10th, 2008, 10:41pm

Hello All,
I need to do a Nyquist plot on a feedback system in spectre. Unfortunately the loop is quite complex (has both +ve and -ve loop) for Bode plot to give a more clear picture. Can you please send me pointers on how to do a Nyquist plot using spectre?

Thanks in Advance,

Partha

Plot both the real and imaginary parts of the loop gain in the same waveform window, using the real() and imag() calculator functions. Then in the waveform window, select "Axes -> X Axis" and select the real part for "Plot vs.".
