can someone help me with the rf peak detector?
what architecture can i use if i what to design a rf peak detector which is desired to work up to 750MHz in the rf transceiver?

There are many topologies for peak detector like diode detectors, logarithmic detectors, true logarithmic detector,...
If you google "logarithmic detector". you are sure to have thousands answer, some of them are even in detail.
