Verilog-A implementation of thermal time constant

if anyone could help , if you know anything about the Verilog-A implementation of thermal time constant in MOS models(BSIM3, MOS9,MOS11 etc)

I don't know if there are any of those models implemented with self-heating in Verilog-A, but it is relatively easy to do. The VBIC model (on this site http://www.designers-guide.org/VBIC/index.html) has self-heating. The method (a thermal RC circuit driven by a current that represents the power dissipated by the device) is the same.
