I think the best thing to do is to use google scholar..
then IEEE xplore,

My Favorite conference is the Behavioral Modeling And Simulation conference AKA BMAS,
and their paper archives are at www.bmas-conf.org..
I also look to DVcon now, but their papers are not available online.
