Re-running particular monte-carlo run

Hi All,
I am currently running a monte-carlo simulation for a sub-block. I need to take the worst case of the 'N' runs and use that particular monte-carlo run(Vt variation say) at higher-level(more blocks put together) to check the total effect. How can I save that particular run and use it in different spectre run?

However, I don't think it can be used in his case because it only works if the circuit is not changed and he wants to use the results in a larger circuit.
