Hi every one
I really need a Gm cell design
this cell is used to convert RF voltage to RF current (Charge)
Please help me urgently

I'm not sure if this could work with your application, but why didn't you consider the simple diff-pair?

Each version of a voltage controlled current source (which is able to handle your frequency) should do the job; what about a commercial OTA ?
