I am using Assur to do extraction. However, there is a problem of this. I hope anyone could help me. My case is as follow:

I have one transistor with 4 fingers in schematic view;
I have drawn one transistor with 4 fingers also;
DRC and LVS are pass;
Then, I do extraction, such as Ronly, Conly or RC. It could not give out 4 fingers extracted view. It maps this 4 to magnification factor. I don't know why will it happen. I have done this few days before. It still gives out correct extracted view. If I use lvs-extracted, it could still give out the correct 4 fingers extracted view.

Could anyone teach me the fixing method?
