ADS layout can not read GDSII file which is created in cadence

Hi,all

I design a RF circuit in cadence,and get layout in cadence virtuso,I want to do EM simulation in ADS momentum, so I plan to create GDF file in cadence ,then read this GDF file in ADS ,at last do EM simulation. But ,when I read GDF file in ADS, top metal ( metal 4) shapes can not be read, I can not explain why

According to this layer information, set up layers in ads layout, then read that gds file, it works.
