Jitter Meaurement
Oct 20th, 2008, 6:21am

Hi,
Can anyone help me, for I am writing a verilog A model where I want to measure the jitter from the supply itself(VDDA in my case). Therefore what I need is to measure is the Vrms and Vaverage, then I will need to get an equation which would depend on these two components. Does anyone have the code for the same? I have to keep in mind that the Vaverage and Vrms should be preferably be measured for one clock period for if I need a right output from the equation, I need those two to be calculated at some interval rather than always.  I don not want to declare jitter as constant but it should vary accoding yo noise in the supply.
Thanks in advance if anyone can help me out.
