For a fully dynamic comparator like below, how to define the input referred noise? More importantly, how to simulate that in Cadence?


I have read a paper about it, the name of that paper is "Noise Analysis of Regenerative Comparators for Reconfigurable ADC Architectures". In this paper, the authors have given out a nice figure of input referred noise obtained by Spectre PSS/Pnoise simulation, I just do not know how to setup the simulator to get the result.
