stability factor k - typical values

Hi guys,
  I am designing an amplifier centered at 94GHz. I didnt go through the layout yet but ..my question is: at that frequency, with what value of the stab factor k I should be fine? 1.001, 1.01, 1.1? ..Just curiosity Smiley
