I hope I'm replying within your expected times ...  ;)

To run AMS Designer in the Virtuoso use model, i.e through DFII, then you ONLY need the IC and IUS streams. You do not need soc, assura, mmsim ... etc, ONLY IC and IUS.
I would advise the last ISRs of IC5141 and IUS82 for your case, leave that very old IUS62. IUS82 has got many new features especially for wreal modeling.

Also, I would advise using AMS Designer in ADE mode (not HED) with OSS based netliting.
