hi,
   how to get Ab and Avt for any process node (can i find any where in the process file), so that i can estimate roughly whats the mean variation.

I think usually the foundry process guys specify the Pelgrom coefficients for each device type in the EDR document or individual device model release documents.

Hi Raja,

Yes, you better look at the Electrical Rule Manuals provided by your foundry.
Another way is to look at your Spectre (or Eldo, etc) Model files to see whether these parameters are provided for dcmatch analysis.

If you fail to get them from any of the above, then you would be able to extract those parameters from MC simulations. I would advise asking your foundry though.
