Just for simulation using simulink, any quantizer in simulink model is fine. For example, simulink -> Discontinuities -> Relay, and simulink -> Discontinuities -> Quantizer.

Quantizer in simulink doesn't saturate ! So u will need to connect a saturating block after quantizer to simulate a practical Quantizer.
