How to get 50/50 duty cycle clock?

As the title, if I have a clock with 10/90 duty cycle, is there any simple method to convert it to 50/50 duty cycle?

the following circuit will give you a 50/50 duty cycle clock.... but at 1/2 the frequency .

requires a flip-flop and a inverter
