VCO negative gm-stage Phase Noise contribution (Read 35 times)

unevb Junior Member Offline Posts: 18	VCO negative gm-stage Phase Noise contribution Feb 27^th, 2010, 8:18pm I am using Cadence Spectre-RF and characterising the Phase Noise of a VCO using the PSS+PNOISE Analysis in Spectre-RF. The overall phase noise is captured in the "phase-noise" plot in the Main form.Is there a way to check the noise contribution of a specfiic transistor in the VCO?
