Jitter simulations with SpectreRF
Mar 04th, 2010, 5:10pm

I was quite familiar with the capabilities of SpectreRF to predict phase noise in jitter a few years ago, but I have not used SpectreRF since then and I'm afraid my knowledge may be a bit dated. Is there something I can read that will quickly bring me up to date on the current capabilities of SpectreRF and what is the best way to use it to compute phase noise and jitter, particularly of PLLs?

Thanks,
August

There are some app notes in <MMSIMinstDir>/tools/spectre/examples/SpectreRF_workshop/SpectreRF_AN

Regards,

Andrew.
