look for a journal paper called "Noise in Current Commutating CMOS Mixers"

Hi Liletian,

Some best books which provide best information in noise analysis are:
1) Noise in Linear and Nonlinear Circuits by Stephen Maas
2) Noise analysis of radio frequency circuits by Alberto sangiovanni-vincentelli, Amit mehrotra
3) Nonlinear microwave circuits by Giorgio leuzzi, Franco giannini
