Has anyone any experience in drawing the layout for nfet_rf in cmosp13 technology?

My problem is when I add subc contact in schematic and layout, it doesn't pass LVS and asks the ring around the nfet to be connected to subc contact but if I do so, it doesn't pass LVS.

I am using subc contact in the same way it is used for nfet transistor for low frequency applications.
