Switched Capacitor in Cadence

Where can I get the Switched Capacitor in the library of Cadence.
Tool: Cadence Custom IC Design
       Front to back design Environment

Also, in the tool Cadence Virtuoso ADE, where can I get Switched Capacitor in the UMC_ library.

Rahul,

1)  This is not an RF design issue
2) You need to ask the foundry for a PDK
    A PDK contains significant amounts of proprietary information
    that foundries protect
3) You have not provided much information about what you are
   trying to do.
   if you are just interested in evaluating architectures at the
   behavioral level, then you can use the switch [sw_no], etc.
   in bmslib found with the other sample libraries
   if you want to perform more physical simulations, you can get the
   generic PDK from Cadence, pdk.cadence.com
   Again, if you need a foundry PDK, please ask the foundry and in
the future, please address your questions to the appropriate topic
