VerilogA study book

What is the best book to study learning VerilogA for a person who knows verilog? Any references would be helpful also.

besides the verilog-ams book written by Ken Kundert and Olaf zinke, and featured under the "books" tab above(right under the big blue "Forum"), if you are willing to spend $75 or so for a used copy of "analog behavioral modeling with the Verilog-A language" from 1997, you may find it helpful on the pure analog side of the language, despite its age.
Good Luck
