injection-locked divider simulation
Mar 07th, 2011, 4:04am

Should injection locked divider(ILFD) be treated as an autonomous circuit or a driven circuit in SpectreRF?
And how to simulate the phase noise of ILFD?
Is there any good way to find the locking range automatively such as by sweeping, rather than manually change the input frequency?
Thank you very much.

The answer is simple. If you have a signal source in your simulation it is treated as a driven circuit, if not it is treated as an autonomous circuit.
